Assisting people with buying and selling Real Estate is all about helping them. The best part of my life has always been when I can be around people and help them with their choices. This career is about - spending time with people and helping them make big decisions and seeing the satisfaction of a new home for them.

I currently live by Dallas Center but I grew up on a farm by Pella. So you can say I am a Dutch farm girl that has always worked hard. I have 2 wonderful sons that have been truly blessings to me. I was widowed several years ago and have concentrated my life on my son’s lives and their activities. We just started traveling more in the past few years as they have grown up.

When I was growing up by Pella, I lived in an 1871 brick Victorian home that is currently on the National Historical Museum. It has 3 staircases, high ceilings, 2 porches with one being a wrap around, and only one bathroom - which was installed just before we moved in. This instilled in me a desire to build a new home similar to that look. Several years later I built a new custom Victorian home. The experience of building was quite a learning and challenging situation since I was having to make the decisions by myself. I am enjoying my home and I am able to use my decorating skills inside as well as beautifying my landscaping outside. 

I am a very personable gal. I love to meet new people and get to know what they are all about. Relationships are very important to me. And trust is a part of that equation too.
