As a Washington State licensed real estate broker, my primary area of focus is representing both buyer and seller clients in the sale and purchase of real estate properties which include residences, land and new construction homes.I bring two decades experience and a love for the real estate process. The Pacific Northwest is my home and I know the area well. I appreciate the architecture and dynamic style of homes in our area. My strong focus regarding client retention has resulted in my current client base. My client base is largely due to clientele referrals and repeat, satisfied customers. Additional clients are obtained through my targeted direct marketing pieces which are conceived and produced personally.  

I am supportive of my clients and I provide compassion, empathy, and encouragement as they embark on the exciting undertaking of sale, purchase and the relocation process. I strive to become well acquainted with my clients so I can provide the best information and support, because I know their needs and concerns. My working style is one of accommodating client needs while promoting their best interests. I promptly return phone calls and meet with clients in a timely and friendly manner. Communications can be made via text, email, phone or in person meeting. I enjoy working with clients and learning about their unique stories as I assist them with their sale and purchase.
