I’ve spent my life immersed in various cultures and because of that I can relate to my clients, whoever they may be, and I can help them turn their real estate dreams into reality. Born in Malaysia and now residing in Las Vegas, I’ve had many homes in between – Australia, Switzerland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore – and each has left its mark on me. I speak Malay, Indonesian, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hakka in addition to English.
Since relocating to Las Vegas in 1998, I have started a non-profit support group for young Asian mothers and an import business which was later sold in 2002 when I got into real estate.
I don’t believe in the “one size fits all” approach, whether I work with Buyers or Sellers, expect to discuss in depth your goal, your desire and financials; it is the only way you can get the most value out of my services and representation. And in turn I can do my best work for you.
When I meet with Sellers, I conduct a comprehensive analysis to effectively put together a listing strategy that’s been tested and proven to get homes sold at the highest price and shortest time frame.
